  2. Top with whip cream and garnish.

  • For a sweet garnish, melt some pink candy melts and roll the rim of each glass until coated. Then dip in sprinkles or sanding sugar.
  • If your milkshakes seem too thick, add a bit more creamer. If they’re on the thin side, add some more ice or ice cream.
  • Add even more garnishes like pink and red candies, colored marshmallows, fun straws, strawberry syrup or jam, and more!
  • Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature to soften a bit before blending. This will result in a silky smooth alcoholic milkshake that takes less time to blend together!

Another great garnish option is to coat the rim of the glass with candy melts and roll it in some seasonal sprinkles!

  • This alcoholic milkshake can also be made with regular Baileys Irish cream. You can even make your own!
  • For some extra flavor and color variation, drizzle the inside of your glasses with some chocolate syrup. Serve alongside some chocolate covered strawberries for a fantastic dessert.
  • Use another flavor of ice cream like Neapolitan or chocolate for a different flavor profile. You’ll end up with a different color result, but it will still be delicious!
  • Feel free to omit the whiskey if you want a drink that’s not quite as strong.

What kind of alcohol is Baileys?

Classic Baileys Irish cream is a combination of whiskey, Irish cream, and chocolate+vanilla flavors.

This strawberries and cream variety replaces the chocolate with sweet ripe strawberry for a unique and romantic spirit.

Is it ok to drink Baileys straight?

Absolutely! Pour a bit of Baileys over a glass of ice and sip away–it’s great for a little treat at the end of a long day.

Is strawberries and cream Baileys seasonal?

Yes, this variety of Baileys is typically available from February through April every year. So make sure to stock up if you try this Baileys milkshake and fall in love!

The good news is, you can also make it with classic Baileys for a slightly different but equally tasty alcoholic milkshake.
