Martini’s don’t get better than this.  The ChaRIZZmas Cannoli Martini is as gorgeous, as it is delicious.  The Martini is decadent with Whipped Cream Vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Creme de Cocoa- finished with Whipping cream, Fresh Ricotta cheese, and a dash of Cinnamon.  AND what about the rim?  In true Cannoli style, the Martini is even more dramatic with a melted Chocolate, Pistachio and Maraschino cherry finish.  A true homemade special occasion cocktail- your guests will not forget.  So great for Christmas

What is the RIZZ?  According to NPR RIZZ is Oxford’s word of the year for 2023.  It mean’s you have GAME- the shortened form of Charisma.  If you are an alluring flirt or a seductive Charmer-   You have RIZZ!  We couldn’t describe this cocktail any better!

Ingredients

Garnish Rim

  • Pistachios
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • White Chocolate Melting Wafers

Cocktail

  • Whipped Cream Vodka
  • Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • Creme de Cocoa
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Ricotta Cheese
  • A dash of Cinnamon
  • Ice

You will also need

  • A cocktail shaker
  • Pastry brush
  • Butter Knife

ChaRIZZmas Cannoli Martini

Decadent Cannoli Martini with a rim of white chocolate, Pistachio, Cherries and chocolate chips

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes 

Yield: 2

Chocolate Rim

  • cup Pistachios
  • cup Chocolate chips
  • 4 Maraschino Cherries
  • cup White Chocolate Melting wafers

Cocktail

  • 2 oz Whipped Cream Vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Creme de Cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp Whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp Ricotta cheese
  • Dash Cinnamon

Garnish the Rims

  • Dry 4 Maraschino cherries and chop finely
  • Chop the Pistachios, and chocolate chips, and mix- set aside
  • Melt your chocolate for 45 seconds in the microwave. Stir and heat another 15 seconds. Stir again
  • Use a pastry brush to paint the chocolate on the outside of the rim. Paint a thin line- but apply thickly all around the glass
  • Use a butter knife to press the Chocolate, nut and cherry mixture into the rim chocolate -all around the glass
  • Store in the refrigerator until your are ready to use

Mix your cocktail

  • Measure your Whipped Cream vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Creme de Cacao in a Cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add Whipping cream, Ricotta, and a dash of Cinnamon
  • Shake vigorously and strain into your prepared and beautifully rimmed glasses
  • Serve and enjoy your Christmas Martini
