Your daily horoscope for May 10, according to Shakespeare (not really. It’s just ChatGPT)

Each day we ask ChatGPT to provide us with your daily horoscope readings, and it never disappoints, especially when we ask it to do something a little bit unusual.

Today, we asked our robot buddy to grab its quill and write in the style of William Shakespeare. We even asked the AI to create the images to go along with the words. It did a pretty great job, as you’ll see, except maybe for the image of the Bard himself.

Here’s what the AI had to say:

“Greetings, thou goodly stargazers and devotees of the cosmos! Let us embark upon a journey into the morrow, guided by the whisperings of the heavenly spheres. Pray, prepare thyself for a tale told by an AI, full of sound and fury, signifying… well, that’s up to thee.”

Aries (March 21 – April 19):

Mars, thy ruling planet, doth make merry in thy house of career. ‘Tis a day for bold action, Aries! But, soft! What light through yonder meeting room breaks? ‘Tis the glare of thy boss’s spectacles. Best to not mistake boldness for recklessness.

Taurus

Taurus (April 20 – May 20):

Ah, Venus, thy planetary sovereign, doth recline in thy second house, whispering sweet nothings of fiscal caution. Resist thou the urge to purchase yonder fancy raiment. ‘Tis better to be a pauper in old clothes than a king in debt.

Gemini

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Mercury doth pirouette in thy communication sector, endowing thee with the gift of the gab. Speak, Gemini, for thy audience awaits! Yet, remember: the course of true speech never did run smooth. Beware of foot-in-mouth disease.

Cancer

Cancer (June 21 – July 22):

The moon, thy celestial matron, resides in thy house of home and family. Though the world may be thy stage, today, the hearth calls. To be or not to be social? That is the question, dear Cancer.

Leo

Leo (July 23 – August 22):

The sun, the king of the cosmos, shines brightly upon thy house of friendships. Leo, thou art the cat’s meow today! Yet, beware, pride goeth before a fall. One mustn’t roar too loudly, lest the mice be scared away.

Virgo

Virgo (August 23 – September 22):

Mercury, the messenger, doth linger in thy work sector. ‘Tis a day for productivity, Virgo. Yet, remember, all work and no play makes a dull day. Take time to stop and smell the roses, or at least, the office coffee.

Libra

Libra (September 23 – October 22):

Venus, the goddess of love, resides in thy house of self-expression. Speak thy heart, Libra, but do tread lightly. For in the game of love, ’tis always better to be a witty fool than a foolish wit.

Scorpio

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21):

Mars and Pluto are holding court in thy house of secrets. Things are not always as they seem, dear Scorpio. Remember, though this be madness, yet there is method in’t. Seek the truth, but don’t stir a tempest in a teapot.

Sagittarius

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21):

Jupiter, the great benefactor, graces thy house of travel. An adventure awaits, Sagittarius! But hold, there’s the rub. Even the wildest journey begins with a single step, preferably not into a puddle.

Capricorn

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19):

Saturn, thy stern taskmaster, doth cast its gaze upon thy house of finances. Be not a borrower nor a lender today, Capricorn. For oftentimes we enjoy our bread and cheese, forgetting the cost.

Aquarius

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18):

Uranus, the planet of change, stirs in thy house of self, Aquarius. ‘Tis time for transformation! Yet, remember, the play’s the thing. Do not lose thyself in the performance. To thine own self be true, even if thou art contemplating a new hairstyle.

Pisces

Pisces (February 19 – March 20):

Neptune, thy ruling planet, doth sail upon the dreamy seas of thy house of imagination. Art thou a dreamer, Pisces? Then, dream on! But heed this: dreams, indeed, are ambition’s children, yet they must be schooled by reality.

And so, we conclude our celestial sonnet, dear stargazers. As the morrow dawns, take these humble horoscopes, as flawed and wondrous as Puck in a midsummer’s dream, and use them well. But remember, the fault, dear readers, is not in our stars, but in ourselves, if we are underlings.

Pray, return on the morrow for more star-crossed prophecies. Until then, parting is such sweet sorrow. Yet, fear not, for we shall meet again when the hurlyburly’s done, when the battle’s lost and won. To be continued…
