A multitude of studies have shown that diversity can be a tremendous asset to companies with more diverse teams resulting in better financial results.

Considering its importance, Statista and Forbes worked together to compile a list of America’s best employers for diversity. That involved surveying more than 60,000 employees in the U.S. and examining the diversity of top executive teams and boards. It also looked at whether companies have leaders that promote diversity as well as whether a company proactively communicates about the topic.
