Root beer floats are delicious treats all by themselves, but with National Root Beer Float Day falling on a Monday this year, we thought that some might appreciate the addition of a little kick to the typical root beer float recipe. And while you could just douse your float with a shot or two of bourbon, rum or whatever other alcohol you have on hand in your liquor cabinet, we thought it would be much more fun to turn to a true mixologist for something extra special.
