Here are some of the famous American leaders who have been arrested, booking photo taken, and formally processed by the justice system.

Fulton County Sheriff’s Office
Donald Trump
Trump turned himself in at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia and was booked, given inmate number, processed and released on bond, he was indicted on numerous criminal charges since leaving office, including for alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents.

Elizabeth Holmes
The founder of the biotech company Theranos was convicted of one count of conspiracy to commit fraud on investors and three counts of committing fraud on individual investors, about her company’s blood-testing technology.

Sam Bankman-Fried
The founder of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX was convicted of fraud and other charges in 2023 for orchestrating one of the largest financial frauds in U.S. history. Including seven counts of wire fraud, conspiracy and money laundering.

Martin Shkreli
Known as the “Pharma Bro,” Shkreli was arrested in 2015 by the FBI for securities fraud. He is also infamous for drastically increasing the price of a life-saving medication as he raised the price of the newly acquired antiparasitic drug Daraprim overnight to $750 per tablet from $17.50.

Mike Jeffries
The former CEO of the popular retail brand Abercrombie & Fitch from 1992 to 2014. He got arrested in October 2024 on federal S. trafficking charges. The indictment alleges that between 2008 and 2015, Jeffries and associates ran a prostitution enterprise that used force, fraud, and coercion to traffic men.
He was released on a $10 million bond under home detention and ordered to surrender his passport.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department
Rudy Giuliani
Rudy Giuliani has been arrested twice on charges related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in favor of Donald Trump, Arizona election subversion case on June 10, 2024, Giuliani was booked in Phoenix after being indicted on nine felony counts, including conspiracy, fraud, and forgery. He entered a not-guilty plea in May 2024.
